P4xos accelerates distributed systems consensus by four order of magnitude
P4xos is an in-network acceleration project of the popular distributed consensus protocol, Paxos.
The project, a collaboration with Universit`a della Svizzera italiana, Yale University, Cornell University and KAUST, achieves x10,000 performance improvement, running billions of consensus messages through the network every second.
P4xos was published in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking.
