Martin Robinson
Martin Robinson is Head of Oxford Research Software Engineering and co-director for the SABS R3 Centre for Doctoral Training. His research background is primarily in computational modelling and inference and has authored or contributed to numerous software projects including PINTS, PyBaMM, Chaste, Aboria and Trase.
Marc Brouard
Marc Brouard is a Research Software Engineer with the Nuffield Department of Medicine. He completed a DPhil in 2017 with Oxford University Department of Zoology, now Department of Biology, investigating how individual traits of woodland rodents impacted population level estimates by using mathematical models and data gathered in Wytham Woods. He worked on the Wytham Data Archive for over three years after completing his DPhil. Currently he is working on the Covid and TB analysis pipelines. He has a background in building solutions for many different areas from large finance companies to governmental departments.
Tom Russell
Tom Russell is a Senior Research Software Engineer in the School of Geography and the Environment. Tom joined the Oxford Programme for Sustainable Infrastructure Systems, OPSIS, in 2016, working on analysis and modelling of sustainable and resilient infrastructure (energy, transport, water and telecommunications) systems. Tom is a fellow of the Software Sustainability Institute
Abhishek Dasgupta
Abhishek Dasgupta is a Senior Research Software Engineer with Oxford Research Software Engineering. He completed a DPhil in Computer Science from the University of Oxford in 2018. His interests are in applications of software engineering to projects with social impact, and advancing software engineering best practices, such as unit testing and reproducibility in research. Currently he is working on Global.health, a data platform and initiative focused on making epidemiological tools and data openly available.
