You can download the complete Quantiphyse package from the OUI Software Store for Windows, OS X and Linux.
Quantiphyse is currently available under an academic use licence. If you are interested in licensing Quantiphyse commercially, please contact chandra.ramanujan@innovation.ox.ac.uk referencing project 14419.
PyPi installation

Quantiphyse is also available via PyPi and therefore in principle if you have Python installation of for academic use (ONLY) can be performed using pip. For more information see the installation instructions.
