Dr Scales Presents ECCI Work at DRIP21 in Warsaw

Dr Scales presented their latest REWIRE-IKC work at the 21st International Conference on Defects Recognition, Imaging and Physics in Semiconductors (DRIP21) in Warsaw, Poland.
The presentation revisited ECCI (electron channelling contrast imaging) on 3C-SiC semiconductor materials, covering the technique and what the results look like in this material system.
