August 2020:
Excellent news that the CALOPUS team had four abstracts accepted to the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG) Virtual World Congress in October. The abstracts were:
- Machine learning of the basic obstetric ultrasound examination: validation of the standardised six-step approach
- Computer assisted low cost point of care ultrasound (CALOPUS): an intelligent image analysis algorithm for diagnosis of malpresentation
- Systematic review of methodology used in second and third trimester pregnancy dating using ultrasound and symphysio-fundal height measurements
- Machine learning algorithms in ultrasound: quality assurance metrics for annotations used in training
March 2020:
The 'Innovative solutions for maternal and child health using medical image analysis and Artificial Intelligence' workshop took place in Faridabad, India. This was organised jointly by THSTI and Oxford and fortuitously took place during International Women's Day commemorations.
