Bradley Segal, a DPhil student and valued member of our CHI Lab, has been named to the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list in recognition of his groundbreaking contributions to health tech and global healthcare innovation. Brad’s impact extends far beyond the lab: he was recently honored as one of the Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans, selected to lead the research and development chapter for the prestigious Lancet Commission on AI for HIV, and appointed to the editorial board of the BMJ Digital Health & AI Journal. His work continues to shape the future of digital health and exemplifies the CHI Lab’s commitment to transformative research.
