Mr Krish Ramadurai
- MSc in Nanotechnology for Medicine and Health Care (2023 Oct - 2024 Dec)
Krish studied MSc in Nanotechnology for Medicine and Health Care at St. Catherine’s College and did his Master's thesis focusing on enhancing nanomedicine rational design and predictive modeling under the Primary Supervision of Dr Banerjee, receiving a Distinction. Before coming to Oxford, he earned dual master’s degrees in biology and business administration from Harvard University and Washington University in St. Louis, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree in integrative biology and economics with a chemistry minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Krish will continue towards a DPhil in Engineering Science at St. Hilda’s College under Dr Banerjee's primary supervision.
Mr Claas Thesing
- MSc in Advanced Computer Science (2024 Jun - 2024 Dec)
Claas studied MSc in Advanced Computer Science degree at the University of Oxford, and did his Master's thesis in the MultiMeDIA Lab at the IBME under the Supervision of Dr Banerjee, focusing on the segmentation and 3D reconstruction of the human atria from MRI scans. He received a Distinction for his project (Mark -- 83%) and Schools Prize from his college (St Edmund Hall). Before coming to Oxford, he finished his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, with research experience including developing machine learning models for detecting atrial fibrillation and enhancing drug discovery. Currently, Claas pursues a PhD at Oxford in the Fundamentals of AI programme.
Nicharee (Ploy) Srikijkasemwat
- MEng in Engineering Science (2023 Oct - 2024 June)
Ploy studied MEng Engineering Science at St Peter's College and did her Final-Year Project on "Deep learning models for cardiovascular disease classification from cardiac MRI" under the Primary Supervision of Dr Banerjee, receiving a Distinction in her project (Mark -- 75%). She is currently pursuing her DPhil in Engineering Science in the MultiMeDIA Lab under Dr Banerjee's primary supervision.
Ms Jianing Qu
- 4th year undergraduate student (2024 Sep - 2025 June)
Jianing Qu completed her 4th year undergraduate student in Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford, Balliol College. Currently, she focused on AI diffusion models for 3D cardiac anatomy generation as her 4th year research project, supervised by Dr. Abhirup Banerjee, receiving a distinction with 79%.
