We apply deep learning techniques to analyse 2D magnetic resonance images to gain information about the heart's structure, such as how it contracts when pumping blood and how it relaxes when filling with blood. We then classify cardiovascular diseases based on this information. Furthermore, to gain a deeper understanding of the heart's structure, we construct a 3D heart model from the 2D MRI and examine any abnormal structures.
