ICP 2019 pre-workshop
ICP Network Symposium 2019
Pre-Workshop on Physiological Image Analysis
Introduction
The ICP 2019 pre-workshop on Physiological Image Analysis is a one day course that will give participants a chance to learn about methods and try out software tools for analysis of physiological imaging data, including:
- Arterial Spin Labelling perfusion imaging
- Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer MRI
- Quantitative BOLD oxygenation imaging
The day will be a mixture of lectures and hand-on computer exercises using a choice of FSL tools (www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl) and/or Quantiphyse (www.quantiphyse.org)
Faculty: Prof Michael Chappell, Prof Nic Blockly, Dr. Paula Croal (Universities of Oxford & Nottingham)
Date & Location
The pre-workshop will take place before the ICP Symposium on Thursday, September 12, from 9am-5pm on Johns Hopkins medical campus, PCTB Building STILE Room 115. Computers are provided by the organizers and participants do not need to bring their own laptops. Participants will need to provide their own refreshments (there are places nearby to buy drinks and food on the day)
Please note that there are no CME credits available for attendance at the pre-workshop.
