Description
The Department of Engineering Science is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a broad range of technology projects. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role is central to delivering digital solutions that enable world-class research, teaching, and collaboration.As IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet strategic objectives, quality standards, and user needs. You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams and empower teams to deliver effective, scalable outcomes.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently. You will anticipate and manage risks, maintain robust documentation, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Your ability to coordinate diverse teams, balance competing priorities, and foster a collaborative environment will be key to your success.
