We are seeking a full-time Project Manager (part time applicants will be considered) to join the Oxford Thermofluids Institute (OTI) at the Department of Engineering Science (Osney). The post is fixed-term for two years.
The role is to provide efficient administrative support and financial management of a research project portfolio for the Oxford Thermofluids Institute (OTI). You will ensure projects are delivered successfully to budget, and reporting aspects are completed to the satisfaction of the department and funder. You will be expected to manage the finance and administration on a number of research projects held by academics, so you must be able to manage your time and prioritise tasks without supervision.
You should possess financial management experience within a research environment and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including external funders, academic, technical and administrative staff.
