We are seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Research Assistant to join Professor Torr’s research group at the Department of Engineering Science (central Oxford). This post is fixed term to the 31st December 2021 with funding provided by The University of Oxford's COVID-19 Research Response Fund.

The project focuses on developing an early-warning system with machine learning techniques to predict COVID-19 malignant progression. The project investigates deep learning to analyse the clinical information and imaging data of outpatients. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of novel computer vision and learning algorithms.

You should possess a doctorate, or be near completion of doctorate, in Computer Vision ,Machine Learning or a relevant subject together with a strong publication record at principal computer vision or machine learning  conferences (NIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV), with a background in machine learning.
