Biography
Christy Nganjimi obtained her MEng in Engineering Science at the University of Oxford before deciding to pursue a PhD in Health Data Science, after working in industry as a Data Science researcher within a clinical AI start up.
Her interests outside of academia include fashion, reading and exploring different African countries.
Research Interests
Christy's current research interests are around federated learning for unstructured healthcare data. The aim is to leverage the information sharing benefits of federated learning, when the dimensionality of the input feature vector is not consistent across participating sites.
