International Women in Engineering Day 2026 - talks for Year 10-12 students

International Women in Engineering Day - 23 June

To celebrate International Women in Engineering Week, the Engineering Science Department will be hosting five online talks during the week of 22 June 2026.

The first four of these will be from individual female Oxford University postgraduate students, currently working on projects and research within the Engineering Science Department. The final talk will be an overview of undergraduate life for Engineering Students here at Oxford University and an opportunity to ask questions of female undergraduate students about their time and experience here.

The talks will run from 16:30 - 17:30 on:

• Monday 22 June
• Tuesday 23 June
• Wednesday 24 June
• Thursday 25 June
• Friday 26 June - Undergraduate experience and Q&A

The talks will be aimed at students from years 10-12 but anybody of any age or gender who is interested is welcome to attend. You may attend as many or as few talks as you wish.
