Access to OXIMS
OXIMS facilities are available to researchers across the University of Oxford, external academic institutions and industrial users. We welcome both routine characterisation work and collaborative research projects.
How to access the facility
New users should contact the OXIMS facility manager (Alfredo Zafra - alfredo.zafra@eng.ox.ac.uk) to discuss their experimental requirements, appropriate equipment and any training or sample preparation requirements.
Before undertaking training or using the facility, all new users must complete the OXIMS User Registration Form
Booking
Once access and training requirements have been agreed, authorised users can book equipment through the OXIMS booking system.
Charges
Access charges apply and vary according to equipment, user type and level of staff support. Please contact the OXIMS team for current rates and quotations.
