TESCAN LYRA3 FEG-SEM

Deben micro-mechanical stages

Deben micromechanical stages enable controlled mechanical testing of small specimens, either as standalone benchtop systems or integrated with microscopy for in situ deformation studies.

Capabilities

  • Tensile, bending and compression testing (uniaxial and fatigue)

  • Load cells: 2, 20, 150, 660, 2000 and 5000 N

  • Heating and cooling modules

  • In situ SEM/EBSD and DIC testing

  • Compatible with optical microscopy and the Zeiss E-SEM

  • Standalone benchtop operation
