Biography
Antoine is a DPhil candidate within the High-Speed Turbomachinery group led by Professor Thomas Povey. Antoine's research is focused on high-pressure nozzle guide vane film cooling optimisation. This is a Rolls-Royce project consisting of high-resolution numerical simulations, analytical modelling and full-scale experiments on the Engine Component Aerothermal (ECAT) facility at the University of Oxford.
Prior to commencing his DPhil, Antoine completed a Master’s in Engineering at the University of Oxford. Antoine’s Master’s Thesis explored the optimisation of supersonic ejector pumps. Antoine also holds an MRes degree from the University of Cambridge.
