Biography
Gian Melloni is the programme manager of the ZERO Institute, with oversight on operations and management, including planning, governance, financial and contractual, administration, communications and liaisons, and team. He works closely with the Institute Director and sits in the leadership team.
Beforehand, Gian managed the REACH programme of the University of Oxford’s School of Geography and the Environment, and worked at the Institute of Development Studies of the University of Sussex. Prior to joining UK Higher Education, Gian had a 15+ years career in the international development sector, with a focus on water and environment, in a diversity of technical and managerial roles in international NGOs in the Middle East, Central Africa and South Asia.
