Hanida Abas Tomlinson MSc, MBA

Biography

Hanida is currently pursuing a part-time DPhil in open digital architectures for health and care under the Data Readiness Group at the Oxford e-Research Centre. She holds an MSc in Healthcare Leadership (jointly awarded by the University of Birmingham and the University of Manchester, funded by the NHS Leadership Academy), an MBA through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership Programme, and an MSc in E-Business from Aston Business School, sponsored by the prestigious Chevening Scholarship. She also holds a Bachelorʼs degree in Information Technology from Malaysia.

Professionally, Hanida is a Senior Programme Manager in the Transformation Directorate at NHS England, with over 15 years of experience in the health service and previous roles in the manufacturing and finance sectors. Her research interests include integrated care, artificial intelligence, interoperability, and digital standards, with a focus on how technology can enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes.
