Biography

He is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford, working under the supervision of Professor David Clifton. His research broadly focuses on medical AI and AI for Science.

He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, where he was advised by Professor Cornelia Caragea. His doctoral research centered on applied natural language processing and deep learning. During the summer of 2024, he interned at Adobe Research in Bengaluru, working on large language models (LLMs) and graph neural networks (GNNs).

He received his B.E. (Hons.) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, under the guidance of Professor Virendra Singh Shekhawat. In addition to his academic experience, he has two years of industry experience at Samsung Research Institute–Noida.

He has authored numerous publications in top-tier NLP conferences, including ACL and EMNLP, reflecting his strong contributions to the field of natural language processing.
