Biography
Dr Mahmoud Wafik Eltokhey is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford. He is working on the EPSRC-funded Hub in All-Spectrum Connectivity (HASC) project at the Optical Wireless Communications research group. Previously, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at KAUST and as an Early-Stage Researcher at the EU Horizon 2020 ITN MSCA VisIoN project at Institut Fresnel, École Centrale Marseille. He received his PhD degree in Optical Wireless Communications from École Centrale Marseille, France, and his BSc and MSc degrees from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mansoura University, Egypt.
