Sebastian Luza Vega MSc

DPhil Student

Biography

Sebastián Luza Vega is a first year DPhil student focusing on developing multi-physics computational models to investigate and predict degradation mechanisms in all-solid-state Li-ion batteries. Through his research, Sebastián aims to assist in the optimisation of battery design and material selection for enhanced performance.

Before his DPhil studies, Sebastián obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Chile, graduating at the top of his class (7/7), which secured him an ANID scholarship.
