Biography
Yannis Tambon is a DPhil student working in the Turbine Cooling Group. He investigates Dual Wall Transpiration Cooling technologies under Rolls-Royce and EPSRC funding as part of the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Future Propulsion and Power. He was a research student at the Whittle Laboratory where he completed a MRes, as part of the same CDT. Before that, he obtained a First-Class MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol. His final year research project focused on the development of a compressible Vortex Lattice Method.
