Biography
Yunfei obtained his Bachelor in Engineering in Engineering Mechanics and Software Engineering from Sichuan University in June, 2024. With a particular emphasis in research projects about computational mechanics.
He joined the geotechnical group as a DPhil student in 2024, and is supervised by Professor Chris Martin and Professor Paul Goulart. His current research is about developing GPU-accelerated ADMM solver for large-scale convex optimization problems arising in FELA. Yunfei's research is funded by the Chinese Scholarship Council and the Univerisity of Oxford.
