Alexandra received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, with specialisations in applied mathematics and physics, molecular biology and biophysics, and conducted her thesis research at the Laboratory of Nanobiotechnology. She is currently a DPhil candidate in the BUBBL group of IBME, working on ultrasound-mediated oxygen delivery to hypoxic tumours. Alexandra is a Clarendon Scholar and a member of Exeter College.
