Biography
Han Kun Ren is an Oriel Scholar pursuing a DPhil in Engineering Science. He holds an MSc in Energy Systems from the University of Oxford and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
His research centers on energy storage design in hybrid renewable systems, specifically focusing on optimizing battery storage capacity, placement, and operation to enhance storage and renewable utilization.
Han has prior work experience in both industrial and research roles, where he honed his skills in programming, optimization, and hybrid renewable design.
