Biography
Paul is a senior research associate at Oxford University. He manages the Oxford Turbine Research Facility (OTRF). This major test facility was designed and built by the Department of Engineering Science for the Ministry of Defence. Paul gained a MEng and DPhil both from Exeter College where he now holds a college lectureship.
