Biography
Dr. Yangchen Pan is a departmental lecturer in machine learning at the Department of Engineering Science. His research centres around sample and computation efficient generalization. He is particularly interested in problem settings that involve distribution shift (such as adversarial/robust learning and domain adaptation) or adaptive capabilities, such as offline/online RL and continual learning.
