Biography
Misha’s research focuses on the resource assessment of tidal stream energy in the UK. Alongside her research, Misha is an active supporter of equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is a co-convenor of the BIPOC STEM Network and former Vice President of the Women in Engineering Network at Oxford. Misha also serves on the Office for Students (OfS) student panel, which advises the OfS board and informs policy development regarding higher education across the organisation.
Misha graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering. Her degree included a year abroad at Iowa State University of Science and Technology and a six-month industry placement at ME Engineers, where she worked on energy modelling in the built environment.
